Being a Chapter Director isn’t about hosting events or growing numbers.
It’s about:
• Creating space where people feel safe, seen, and known
• Gathering believers who are hungry for real connection
• Building community that honors faith without pressure or performance
• Leading with humility, consistency, and care
If you’ve ever thought, “My city needs something like this,” that may not be accidental.

“Do I need experience leading groups?”
No. You need a willingness to learn, lead with humility, and show up consistently.
“What if my city is small?”
Chapters grow relationally, not by size alone.
“What if I’m not sure I’m ready?”
Readiness often comes after obedience, not before.
